Client portal — request status now matches the board, with filters
Your Requests list now shows the same status labels and lets you filter by them the way our team already can.
Status badges match the board
Section titled “Status badges match the board”Each request’s badge used to show a generic status like Open or In Progress. Now, if we’ve moved your request to a named column on our board —
Backlog, Product Page, Waiting on Client, or any custom column we’ve
set up — the badge shows that name instead, in the same colour we use on the
board. A request we’re tracking internally in a column we haven’t made
visible to clients still appears in your list; its badge just falls back to
the plain status.
Filter tabs
Section titled “Filter tabs”A row of tabs now sits above your Requests list: All, plus one tab per
column we’ve made visible to clients, each showing a count. All is
selected when the page loads and includes every one of your open requests —
previously this page only ever showed requests sitting in Open, so if
we’d moved something further along, it could look like it had vanished from
your list. That’s fixed: All now really means all.
Click a tab to narrow the list to just that column.
Reordering while filtered
Section titled “Reordering while filtered”Drag-to-reorder is only available on the All tab. If you’ve selected a
specific column tab, the drag handles are hidden and a short note tells you
to switch back to All to reorder — since your priority order spans every
request, not just the ones in one column.
